Investment Objective

The fund objective is to provide investors with an attractive risk-adjusted return with minimal volatility primarily by acquiring a diversified portfolio of Canadian-based equipment and property subject to commercial or consumer leases, and commercial and consumer loans, and related rights and/or by investing in structures that provide exposure to equipment and consumer financing credit. The fund will achieve this objective by investing in units of the Chesswood Canadian Asset-Backed Credit Fund LP.
